iSCSI object memory tracker
Structure used to group allocation of objects into chucks and then pull them out. This is done because DMA memory allocations is done in pages which causes wasted space. By grouping the structures together, we attempt to consoldiate as many per page as possible. This structure will allocate tracking SGLs that are used to free the memory later as well as enumerate the individual structures at initialization.
