Alerts
In Alerts, you can view all camera alerts and their associated recordings from the current live view layout.
To play a recording:
- Select a recording and click Play. You can also click on a snapshot thumbnail. Surveillance Station will launch Recording Player and play the recording.
To download a recording:
- Select a recording and click Download. The recording is saved to your computer.
To delete a recording:
- Right-click a recording and select Delete from the Delete drop-down menu. You may also select multiple recordings (using Ctrl or Shift) and select Delete selected items from the Delete drop-down menu. The corresponding alert(s) on the Alert Panel will also be deleted.
Note:
- You can only delete unlocked recordings that are not currently recording.
To lock/unlock a recording:
- Select a recording and click Lock/Unlock.
Note:
- The Alert Panel temporarily reserves all alerts and associated recordings for one hour after creation. After an hour has passed from the time of creation, alerts and their associated recordings will be deleted automatically. You can lock a recording to prevent both the recording and the associated alert from being deleted.
