Creating Channels and Conversations

Channels and conversations are used for different purposes. A channel is intended for a group of people gathering together with a similar goal. A conversation is a private message system where you can chat with one person or a small group of people, and a bot conversation is a one-on-one conversation between you and the bot.

To enter, join, or create a channel:

  1. Click on the Add channel icon on the right side of CHANNELS to view all available channels.
  2. Select a channel you have previously joined or wish to enter. You can also preview any public channels you have not previously joined by clicking on the channel name. You can also search for a channel in the search box on the top right.
