With Support Center, you can file a support ticket to get help with your RackStation, or allow Synology support engineers to run diagnosis on your RackStation from a Synology office. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the features provided by RackStation.
When you have enabled Synology Active Insight service, you can experience a faster troubleshooting process. This service automatically collects and delivers diagnostic data (e.g., system logs, configuration, status) to Synology Technical Support.
